Terms and conditions of the campaign in December

These terms govern your use of the Fast Charging Campaign (December ) provided by the Fortum Charge & Drive entity of whom you are a customer (see at the end of these terms).

These terms (“Campaign Terms”) apply in addition to Fortum Charge & Drive’s general Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice.

Whenever these Terms refer to "our", “us” or "Fortum Charge & Drive", reference is made to the Fortum Charge & Drive entity of whom you are a customer (see at the end of these terms).

“Campaign”, as used in these Terms, means the respective "EV fast charging discount campaign in December , of the selected charging point operators' DC and HPC fast charging points, offering minimum 50 kW of charging power", activated by the customer.
